Terms & Conditions:
a. Estimates shall be provided on the number of hours required to complete a given task. These estimates do not represent a bid or binding agreement to complete the work in the estimated number of hours and are provided solely for convenience and planning purposes.
b. Support calls and in-person meetings are billable for each Freelock employee involved.
c. Hours must be paid for before work begins, and will get scheduled based on date payment is received. Regular hours can be used up to 6 months after purchase.
d. For larger projects, we can split payments into milestones/chunks of hours, with some pre-determined amount paid up front to secure the time on our schedule.
e. Hours are calculated using each employee's "experience factor" and rounded up to the nearest 1/4 hour.
