Jill Locke is an experienced technical writer who specializes in training and documentation. She's now a Project Lead at Freelock where she works with the Freelock team to shepherd client projects through: development, testing, training, and launch.
She has a Masters in Technical Communication from the University of Washington as well as certificates in usability and tech communication. Her grad program (previously called Technical Communication) in the College of Engineering was recently renamed to Human Centered Design & Engineering.
Her favorite activities are gardening, hiking, and hanging out with her husband & daughter. She's often found listening to American Routes or KUOW.org.
