Terms & Conditions
a. Generally we require 1 - 3 hours to diagnose the issue, and sometimes we need to put in that much time to determine an estimate.
b. Hours must be paid for before work begins, and schedule must be cleared with a Freelock Manager before we commit to any particular time frame for completion.
C. Hours are calculated using each employee's "experience factor" and rounded up to the nearest hour.
