Our service contracts have proven to be very popular among our customers. Why? Several reasons:

  • You can create a reliable budget for computer systems and know you're getting the best value for your money.
  • You get our superior customer service long after individual projects are complete.
  • You're not stuck with a solution that doesn't work--you can call us any time to try something different without feeling locked into an expensive investment.
  • You can make changes to project specifications, without having to go through a time-consuming change order process.
  • You get a business partner devoted to providing solutions that really help your business while handling the tedious details associated with keeping your systems secure.

What's covered by a Service Contract?

Our service contracts are very flexible arrangements. If you have other vendors, staff, or service providers that provide some of these services, we're happy to limit the scope of our service contract to provide what you need without stepping on any toes.

  • Workstation, server, and network administration and management
  • Any open source software available and appropriate for your environment
  • Installation

  • Data migration
  • Basic physical wiring and network planning
  • Custom development
  • Graphic Design
  • General organization and bookkeeping advice
  • One onsite visit per month (1/2 travel time charged for additional visits)
