First, we come out to your business and evaluate your needs. We interview the key people in your organization who use computers, find out what computer improvements would best help your business, and write up a technology roadmap.
Project Roadmap
From the initial interview, we develop a custom project roadmap that identifies specific information system projects that could improve your business. We stay focused on your bottom line, prioritizing projects that either significantly reduce your costs or expand your business opportunities.
Service Contract Proposal
Your project roadmap not only identifies specific projects, it also provides two very rough estimates for getting them done. First, we provide a rough number of hours to either implement a project, or conduct discovery that will lead to a more accurate estimate. Then we provide a fixed price for that project or discovery, if we can confidently provide the service at that price.
You then have the choice of hiring Freelock Computing on a project basis, or on a Service Contract basis.
Our service contracts have proven to be especially popular for small businesses as a way of implementing tailored, valuable custom solutions at a very affordable rate.
We also provide hosting, and custom services on an hourly basis.
