Jill Locke is an experienced technical writer who specializes in training and documentation. She's now a Project Lead at Freelock where she works with the Freelock team to shepherd client projects through: development, testing, training, and launch. Most recently, she has moved into UX design for client sites.
She has a Masters in Technical Communication from the University of Washington as well as two certificates: Usability and Tech Communication. Her grad program in the College of Engineering was recently renamed to Human Centered Design & Engineering.
Her favorite activities are gardening, hiking, and hanging out with her husband & daughter. She's often found listening to American Routes or KEXP.org.
